Practical transformation learning
Basis delivers the Service Transformation Programme, which is accredited by the Public Service Transformation Academy. More than 600 managers and transformation practitioners have taken part.
The programme uses simulations, exercises and live examples. This fits the academy’s emphasis on application: participants should do, notice, review and adapt, not only receive content.
Developing the partnership
The academy and Basis are exploring a clearer accreditation offer and stronger communities of practice. Any expanded model needs independent quality assurance, transparent standards and a clean boundary between accreditation and promotion.
