Learning should not end when the cohort closes
The Public Service Transformation Academy has a large alumni base across commissioning, transformation and public services. The opportunity is not to create another noisy network. It is to give experienced people a small number of useful ways to keep thinking and acting together.

The newsletter shares new programmes, tools, webinars and selected partner resources. Open events provide a low-friction way to encounter the academy before joining a cohort.
Communities in development
We are testing two curated communities of practice: one around commissioning and one around transformation. The design is intentionally small and senior enough for honest peer problem-solving.
A useful community would offer:
- Real cases and peer challenge rather than generic content.
- Access to current tools, practice and outside perspectives.
- A clear boundary against sales pitches.
- Selected public outputs so useful learning travels beyond the room.
- A route back into action, not endless conversation.

Alumni can propose a case, resource, event or short practice note. We will help shape material that is specific enough to be useful and safe to publish.
