More than 600 public service managers, interim transformation managers and consultants have taken part in the Service Transformation Programme in the UK and abroad.

The programme concentrates on the capability needed to deliver sustainable change. Participants work with simulations, exercises and live examples rather than treating transformation as a sequence of presentation slides.

Partnership and accreditation

The programme is delivered by Basis and accredited by the Public Service Transformation Academy. This is an example of how the academy can support a specialist partner to make a proven learning offer visible, credible and connected to a wider public service network.
