The programme refreshes core skills and guidance while challenging participants to work differently with risk, performance, evidence, providers and stakeholders.
Facilitators and contributors have experience on both sides of contracts. That matters because the formal contract never contains the whole relationship or the full set of practical constraints.

Sessions are practical and applied. A longer final session gives participants space to demonstrate and use what they have learned rather than simply recall it.

Our guide price is £8,950 excluding VAT for a bespoke cohort of up to 16 people: six 90-minute online development sessions, a three-hour application session, preparation, and practice materials.
This is an indicative starting price for the scope described. We agree a written fixed-fee proposal before booking. Venue, travel, accommodation, additional coaching, and external assessment fees are separate where required.
