The relationship
RedQuadrant led the development and launch of the Public Service Transformation Academy and remains its lead partner.
The two organisations have distinct jobs. The academy develops capability, convenes people and supports shared learning. RedQuadrant can provide hands-on diagnosis, design and delivery when an organisation needs practical transformation support beyond a learning programme.
