Guide price and scope

£22,500 excluding VAT. Up to 20 participants: four development days and four online project clinics, with sponsor scoping and work on live reorganisation questions.

These are indicative starting prices for the scope described. We agree a written fixed-fee proposal before booking. Venue, travel, accommodation, additional coaching, and external assessment fees are separate where required.
